  Provides child care services for eligible families. The family chooses a child care provider. Then Children's Resource and Referral (CRR) reimburses the provider on behalf of the family. Reimburses is based on need and may not cover the entire cost of childcare.

  Families will be placed on an eligibility list ranked by income and family size.
