SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, VTC ENTERPRISES

Description:
Provides ongoing employment support to individuals with disabilities. Offers job coaching for those who are not ready for individual placement. Individuals are put into groups of 3-4 and are instructed by a supervisor. Some groups are at fixed locations in community-based industrial environments. Other groups are mobile work crews traveling from site to site. While providing a service to the community.
