CARING VISITORS PROGRAM, JEWISH FAMILY SERVICE

Description:
Provide companionship to seniors who are unable to leave their homes or are without much social support. Visitors stop by seniors' homes for an hour a week and chat with them about their lives, memories, and/or current events.

This service does not provide transportation, perform errands or household chores.

Eligibility: Must be a senior 65 years of age or older who is homebound or lacking social support.
