  • Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age, lack a high school diploma or its equivalent, and not be enrolled in school or High School Equivalent program.

    Must be a migrant or seasonal farmworker, or farmworker's child for 75 days in the past two years in any activity related to production of crops, dairy products, or livestock, the cultivation of harvesting of trees or worked in fish farms; or
    be an individual who participates in the Migrant Education Program (MEP) and can provide a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility (COE); or be an individual who is eligible under migrant seasonal farmworkers (MSFP) workforce investment (WIA)
