• Description: Provides driving under the influence (DUI) program for first-time offenders. Objectives of the program are to:

  • Provide education to each participant by providing factual and accurate information about chemical dependency. The effects of alcohol and other drugs on the individual, the family and the community.

  • Encourage and motivate each participant to check and understand the need and accept the responsibility for their individual decision about the continued use and/or abuse of alcohol and/or other drugs.

  • Provide support and models that can help each participant make permanent lifestyle changes. That help prevent further alcohol or drug-related problems in any capacity.
