• Description: Offers residential perinatal program for substance abusing pregnant and parenting women. Parents in the program are required to participate in a minimum of 9 hours a week of structured parenting education. Parents are allowed to bring their children and on-site childcare is provided. Program is for a period of at least 6 to 18 months.
