    Provides free breast and cervical cancer screening. Offers early detection services to program eligible individuals. Through participating local primary care physicians, specialists, mammography centers, and hospitals. Staff are also available upon request to help navigate clients through clinical care. Staff work one-on-one with the client to promote to medical treatment and access to care.

  • Eligibility: -Individuals 21-39 may be eligible for free cervical cancer and 40 years or older may qualify for both breast and cervical cancer screening -An individual who is uninsured (who has no private or public health insurance) or underinsured. (Underinsured means you have health insurance but it does not cover breast or cervical cancer screening services or you are financially unable to pay any required deductible or co-payment.) -Has an income no greater than 200% of the federal poverty level.
