  Provides affordable rental housing for seniors. There are both subsidized and non-subsidized housing options:
  
  Subsidized Senior Housing: Offers Section 8 Project-Based Voucher housing units for seniors 62 years of age and older. All units are located within the City of Santa Barbara and unit size is one bedroom.
  
  Non-Subsidized Senior Housing Offers rental units for seniors 62 years of age and older. Units are one-bedroom units and occupancy is limited to 2 person households and some properties may have vehicle restrictions.
  
  COVID-19 Update: Temporarily suspending all face-to-face office visits, business will be conducted by phone, email, or mail. Currently, available Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm, and every other Friday from 8am-4pm
  -Inspections: Unit inspections will cease until further notice, except for new move-ins, or if an urgent health and safety issues exists
  -Housing Authority Owned Developments: All community rooms will be closed until further notice. Laundry rooms will remain open.
  -Maintenance Requests: Call Maintenance Office during normal business hours at 805-897-1060, or for after-hours emergencies call 805-965-1071.
