  Provides 24/7 mobile crisis intervention for youth experiencing a mental health crisis. A team of therapists, social workers, and crisis professional meet the individual at their location. The team works to de-escalate the situation and prevent the need for hospitalization. However, the team will transport the person in crisis to the appropriate facility if necessary. A continuing care plan is made after the individual is stabilized.
