  Provides a hotline for assessment and advocacy to seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Helps protect individuals health and independence. Advocates offer connection to vital resources. The hotline program assists with the following services:

  • Determining benefits eligibility
  • Document preparation and official correspondence
  • Offers follow up with third parties to resolve outstanding issues
  • Eliminating Medi-Cal Share-Of Cost. This aids in gaining approval for the Assisted Living Waiver Program and the In-Home Supportive Services Program.
