• Description:

  Provides early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to three years of age). Program supports motor skills development as well as cognitive, language-based, and social-emotional development. Services are provided in the child's natural environment, including the child's home or in the community. Early intervention plans are individualized to meet the needs of each child and family. Includes the following services:

  • Free developmental screenings and assessments
  • Home-based intervention
  • Parent education and coaching
  • Learning Focus Groups for pre-school preparedness
