SAFE TRANSPORTATION FOR SENIORS, SOURCEWISE

Description:
Provides curbside pick-up and drop off transportation to adults 60 years of age and older. Also provides services to adults with disabilities. Includes the following:
- Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and San Martin - free rides to medical appointments and local pharmacies
- Morgan Hill and Gilroy - free rides to grocery stores and local senior centers

Eligibility: - 60 years and older or adult with disability -Ambulatory with or without assistive device (walker, cane) -Able to get in and out of vehicle without assistance. If not able to do so a caregiver may accompany adult -Must not be receiving services through other rideshare programs -Transit services are not wheelchair accessible at this time
