School-Based Services - Helps students who have been expelled or suspended from school and provides alternate school settings. Supports the parents, offers conflict mediation, and conducts gang outreach. Goals include violence prevention and assistance with school placement and re-entry.
Parent Education and Support Services - Empowers parents to guide their youth in making positive choices and change in their lives. Offers support through coaching, tools, and information. Also offers gang outreach and diversion services to youth willing to leave harmful lifestyles. Includes emergency aid, crisis response, and conflict mediation. Helps prevent the escalation of violence associated with gang activities.
Leadership Development Services - Early intervention helps divert middle and high school youth from getting further involved in crime. Prevents violence, substance abuse, and/or gang activity. Provides youth with opportunities to explore leadership projects and life skills groups. Includes mentoring services, community service projects, and social activities.
