- Description: Program helps prevent and treat HIV in Santa Clara County. Provides screenings and case plannings for individuals who have been recently diagnosed. Individuals with HIV who choose to notify their partners receive guidance and support. They may also remain anonymous. If requested, the notification can be made by the Public Health Department.
Also provides Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) screening. Service is for patients both with and without symptoms or known exposure. Offers treatment including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP). - Website: http://publichealth.sccgov.org
