Neighborhood Food Pantries: A typical visit provides a three-five day supply of nutritionally balanced groceries, completely free of charge. Supplies include nonperishable food and dry pantry goods. Also offers referrals to resources and long-term support.
Food Parcels and Fresh Boxes of Produce: Offers food parcel services to those with limited time or mobility. A typical food parcel includes enough food for about two to three meals a week. Items are packaged and available for curbside pickup or home delivery. Check with your nearest Salvation Army for hours of operation or to schedule a pickup.
Mobile Food Pantries: Refrigerated vehicles carry a selection of fresh meat, dairy, and produce to "food desert" locations. Food deserts are locations which lack access to an adequate variety of healthy foods. The Salvation Army's mobile food pantries provide food distribution in a drive-through setup to our clients within food deserts.
