ELECTRONIC BENEFIT TRANSFER PROJECT (EBT), CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

Description: Provides customer service to those who have questions or problems with their Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card. Also assists those that have lost or had their card stolen.

NOTE: If someone uses customer's card and PIN to get benefits, these benefits are not replaced. If customer's card is damaged, customer should manually input card number at the retailer, then request a replacement card as soon as possible.
