    • Senior Information Line - links older Californians and their caregivers to local information and assistance. Calls are routed to the local Area Agencies on Aging.
    • Long-Term Care Ombudsman Crisis Line - 24/7 hotline that receives complaints from residents residing in long-term care facilities.
    • HICAP Information Line - offers information on Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program that serves current Medicare beneficiaries.
