Description: Facilitates a marketplace where legal residents of California can review options for and enroll in health insurance coverage. Provides a marketplace where potential clients and their family members may get financial assistance to make coverage more affordable. Clients can compare and choose health coverage that best fits their needs and budget.

Under the Affordable Healthcare Act, health insurance coverage cannot be denied or canceled if resident is sick or has pre-existing health conditions.

Also provides options for small business owners to provide health insurance coverage to their employees.
