BRUSH OF KINDNESS HOME REPAIR PROGRAM, HABITAT FOR HUMANITY LAKE COUNTY

Description: Repairs homes for qualified persons with low-income in Lake County. Includes repairing homes damaged by wildfire disasters. Focuses on repairs to both the interior and exterior of homes. The condition of the home is assessed to determine which repairs can be done.

Eligibility: -Must be Lake County resident
-Must have limited financial assets
-Must own and lived in home for at least 3 years
-Homes built prior to the year 1980 are NOT eligible.
-Must have not received repair from Habitat for
Humanity in the past 5 years (some exceptions apply)

-Must meet household and income guidelines:
1-4 people / up to $51,850
5-8 people / up to $68,450

For each additional person in your household add $4,148
