    Individual counseling includes:
    • Rights as a Medicare beneficiary
    • Understanding Medicare benefits
    • Understanding long-term care options
    • Evaluating options to supplement Medicare
    • Understanding Medicare savings programs
    • Review and appeal assistance of claim denials
    • Provider communication and coordination of benefits

    HICAP counselors will not:
    • Sell any product
