BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES, HOSPICE SERVICES OF LAKE COUNTY

Description: Provides grief support groups to all residents of Lake County. Initial assessment is provided to determine bereavement needs. A referral to a clinician may be provided to those who also need individual counseling.

8-week support groups include:
- General grief and loss
- Education and bereavement group
- Understanding unexpected and sudden death
On-going support groups include:
- Grief and loss support
- Good Mourning support
- Bereavement group for professionals
PSPS Update:
Services are provided during PSPS events.
