Programs include: - Family to Family: 12 session course for families, friends, and partners of individuals living with mental illnesses. Taught by trained family members. - NAMI Basics: 6 session course for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Taught by trained individuals who experienced emotional or behavioral difficulties. - Peer to Peer: 9 week course for individuals living with mental illnesses who are interested in achieving wellness.
