  Provides home-delivered meals for people with disabilities, older adults, and individuals with access & functional needs (AFN) in the event of Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). Residents are given one more meal per day for each day of the PSPS event. Helps eligible vulnerable adults remain independent by providing nutritious meals during PSPS Event.
