• Description: COVID-19 update (1/11/21): has limited COVID-19 funds to help utility customers who have suffered a decrease in wages due to COVID-19 response. Offers financial assistance to households whose income has been decreased by at least 30% on or after March 25, 2020 due to lay-offs, reduction in working hours, and business closures. Once qualified, funds will be applied directly to the customer's electric bill.
