    Provides SCE customers in high fire risk areas with back-up power options to help them prepare for Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS).

    Rebates for Generators and Back up Power, here: Helps pay for portable emergency backup power (generator or portable battery) to offer power during outages.

    SCE Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP), here: Offers rebates and incentives to eligible residential and business customers who generate their own power. These systems are designed to offset your energy use and work as backup batteries to provide power for your home when an outage or a PSPS occurs.

    Critical Care Backup Battery Program, here: Provides a free backup battery exclusively for customers in high fire risk areas who are enrolled in our Medical Baseline Allowance program and who require the regular use of electrically powered medical equipment or another qualifying medical device.

    . Must live in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 high fire risk area

    SGIP Program Eligibility:
    . Must live in a Tier 2 or 3 High Fire Threat District OR have experienced two or more utility Public Safety Power Shut-offs (PSPS).
    AND ONE of the following additional criteria:
    . You live in multifamily deed-restricted housing or a single-family home subject to resale restrictions,
    . Eligible for the utility Medical Baseline Program,
    . You have notified your utility of serious illness and/or life-threatening condition.
    . Have received or reserved other solar-related incentives (including SASH, DAC-SASH, MASH, or SOMAH programs).
    . Home relies on electric pump wells for water AND household meets low-income qualifications,

    Critical Care Backup Battery Program Eligibility:
    . Must be SCE customer enrolled in Medical Baseline program.
    . AND must live in a high fire risk area (see link to high fire threat map in program description).
    . AND require the regular use of electrically powered medical equipment or another qualifying medical device.
