    PG&E Power Outage Information:
    • Visit All Outage Options for information about the different outage types.
    • Visit the Outage Map to determine if your service address is affected by an outage and to see estimated restoration times.
    • Visit Report an Outage to report a general power outage.
    • Visit PSPS Notifications to sign up for Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) alerts.
    If you have your current phone number on file, PG&E will automatically notify you about PSPS events that affect your addresses. You can login to your account to update your preferences.

    Third-Party Notification:
    Helps ensure that someone else's energy stays connected. Notifies you when a friend or relative misses paying a bill because of illness, hardship or other issues. Visit PG&E Third-Party Notification for more information.

    Vulnerable Customer Status Self Certification:
    If your health or safety would be at risk if your electric or gas service were disconnected, PG&E can help. You can receive support by self-certifying for Vulnerable Customer Status. This may include:
    • Additional Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) notifications
    • Doorbell rings or a doorhanger from PG&E if you do not respond to previous PSPS notifications
    • A notice 48 hours before service is disconnected due to nonpayment
    • A notice or visit from PG&E before or at the time-of-service disconnection, due to nonpayment

    Vulnerable Customer Status remains on the customer account for 90 days, with the ability to apply for a one-year extension beyond the 90 days. To apply, fill out the Self-Certification form.

    Note: Medical Baseline customers may already be enrolled as a vulnerable customer and do not need to re-enroll.
