EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES, EASTERSEALS NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

Description: Offers research-based program for children from birth to 5 years of age. Helps those who are diagnosed with a developmental delay or may be considered at risk of delay. Offers services in the home or facilities in the local community.

Children enrolled in the program may be eligible for services including:
- Free developmental screenings and assessments
- Home-based intervention
- Parent education and coaching
- Learning Focus Groups for pre-school preparedness
- Infant Massage Training
- Collaborative consultation with schools, childcare, agencies, clinics and other service providers
- Family Guided Routines-Based Intervention Model
