• Description:

  Provides housing resources for individuals experiencing homelessness. Services include:

  • Transitional Housing Program: provides 6 transitional units for homeless individuals for up to 12 months.
  • Helping Hands: provides a permanent housing program for homeless individuals and families with disabilities
  • H.O.M.E Resource Center: provides warm beds for 50 homeless individuals (28 men, 22 women). Offers beds, showers, 3 meals a day, laundry, and wrap-around services. Also provides supportive services, such as:
  • • Alcohol/Drug Counseling & Treatment Services
    • Mental Health and Behavioral Services
    • Assistance with Applying for Social Service Benefits
      
    • Housing Navigation Assistance
