• Eligibility: Must be age 60 or older and a resident of San Benito County or Santa Cruz County Congregate Meals, must be one of the following: - 60 years of age or older - The spouse of a participant - Individual with a disability who lives with a participant, or lives at the site where the meal is provided Home-Delivered Meals, must be one of the following: - 60 years of age or older and homebound due to disability or illness - The spouse of a participant - Individual with disability of any age who lives with a participant Family Caregiver Support: - Adults providing care to seniors age 60 and older - Adults providing care to individuals with Alzheimer's or related disorder - Relatives age 55 and older (excluding parents) providing care to children under the age of 18 or to an individual with a disability of any age
