KINSHIP SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAM, LILLIPUT FAMILIES

Description:
Provides kinship support services to relative caregivers. Kinship Care is for children who are full time adults who have taken on the parental role. Includes assistance to those who care for grandparents or other relatives (such as family friends, God Parents, etc.). Services for caregivers include:
- Assistance with basic emergency needs
- Guardianship workshops
- Information and referral
- Adoption assistance
- Respite care resources and in-home support
- Counseling and support groups
