    Provides job skills training and career development services for youth. Programs include:

    Sonoma County Youth Ecology Corps (ages 18-24) - offers paid work experience in environmental conservation projects. Participants earn $16 an hour learning about the environment and exploring careers. The program lasts 8 weeks during the summer with opportunities for extended work throughout the year.


    My Pathway Program (for ages 16-24) -offers individualized services including career pathway advice, exploration, and planning. Helps prepare youth for success in school and in the workplace. Also includes:

    • Tutoring and study skills
    • Work readiness training and job skills training
    • Adult mentoring, guidance, and counseling
