COMMUNITY COUNSELING, SIDE BY SIDE

Description: Provides counseling services to individuals between 5-26 years of age. Offers therapy to individuals, groups, and families. Services are individualized and include home, classroom, and community-based support. Includes the following:
- For mild to moderate mental health concerns - offers services in-person, via telehealth, at youth organizations, and on-site in schools. Addresses conditions such as depression and anxiety.
- Treatment for moderate to severe mental health conditions - offers individual counseling, group counseling, rehabilitation, crisis stabilization, and medication management. Addresses conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar/ mood disorders, and early-onset psychosis.
