Provides housing for seniors who are income eligible and able to live independently. Complexes include one bedroom and studio apartments with a full kitchen and bath. Offers social activities such as low-impact exercise and dancing.

NOTE: Tenant pays approximately 30% of their income as rent, which is inclusive of all utilities except phone service.
