Helps young adults ages 16-24 find and keep stable employment. Offers educational opportunities, skills training, and social support. Includes the following services:
- Career planning and development
- Individual coaching and guidance
- Application assistance and resume editing
- Job skills training and shadowing

- Referrals to counseling, mentorship, drug abuse, gang prevention, and diversion programs
- Leadership development
- Volunteer and service-learning activities
