Description:
Provides financial assistance for owner-occupants in need of repairs. Offers help with single-family homes, mobile homes, and owners of rental properties. Also offers aid where at least half of the tenants are low-income households. Provides low-interest loans to eligible property owners throughout Sonoma County. Offers below-market loans for health and safety related home repairs.
