Eligibility: Applicant must: - Be Sonoma County residents for at least 15 days - Be 18 years of age or older, or married couples (under age 18), pregnant women, before reaching the second trimester. - Have United States citizens or legal residents - Have no dependent children - Minor ineligible for other aid - Adult with a disability - Income and resources (such as bank account) are below the financial limit - Be unable to support him/herself, have no personal or family resources that can help, and be ineligible for federal and state aid, including CalWORKS/SonomaWORKS, or other community help.
