Description: Provides blood donor site, collection, and distribution of blood products for hospitals. Recruits volunteers to assist at the mobile community and business blood drives.
Hours: Mon 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM; Tue 11:30am - 6:30pm; Wed 11:30am - 6:30pm; Thu 11:30am - 6:30pm; Fri 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM; Sat 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM; Sun 8am - 3pm;
Eligibility: -Must be at least age 17 (16- year-olds can donate with written permission of parent or guardian)
weigh at least 110 pounds (A well-balanced meal is recommended within four hours of donation
General good health)
Requirements: -Personal Identification -Driver's license, DMV identification card, passport -List of all Counties (and cities/areas) you have visited (with dates) in the past 12 months. (Wear a top with loose-fitting sleeves).
