  Provides a confidential, toll-free hotline to victims and witnesses of crime. Also offers information to the victim's families, service providers, and victim advocates. Students at the McGeorge School of law provide support under the supervision of an attorney.

  • Victim's rights in the Criminal Justice system. Includes matters of domestic violence, elder abuse, child abuse, and abuse against the disabled
  • Right to speak at sentencing and parole board hearings
  • Victim's compensation
