• Eligibility: Pet owners living in Sonoma County must qualify for service in one of two ways: 1. Individual or another person in your household is participating in one of these assistance programs: CalFresh, SonomaWorks / CalWorks / TANF, WIC, Free or Reduced Lunch, AT&T Lifeline. OR 2. Combined income of all household members does not exceed the "very low income" limitation by household size below. 1 Person- $48,450 2 Persons- $55,350 3 Persons - $62,250 4 Persons - $69,150 5 Persons - $74,700 6 Persons- $80,250 7 Persons - $85,750 8 Persons - $91,300
• Requirements: Proof of participation in a qualifying financial assistance program or proof of "very low-income" status. Proof of low-income status may include your most recent tax return and your photo ID.
