Provides PG&E bill payment assistance through an energy credit to low-income families. The bill must be under $300 and have a 15 day or 48-hour shut off notice. Customers may only receive payment assistance once in a twelve-month period.

Eligibility: Must be a PG&E customer with a currently active residential account who: -Received a 15-day or 48-hour disconnection notice and -Income must be less than 200% below the federal poverty guidelines
Requirements: Latest bill, proof of one months-worth of current income, and photo ID. Document of 15 day or 48-hour notice.
