DISASTER RELIEF HOUSING ASSISTANCE (DRHA), COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP (CAP) OF SONOMA COUNTY

Description: Offers a Disaster Relief Housing Assistance Fund. Provides rental and deposit assistance to those immediately affected by the wildfires in Sonoma County. Services per household may include:
- Short term rental assistance
- One time security deposit assistance (within set limits)
- Assistance with replacing lost or damaged goods
Offers assistance which can be used for room rentals, hotel rooms, or apartments. Includes home rentals, RV or mobile home park rentals. Provides Case managers who work with clients to determine the monetary need according to the limits established by the fund.

Eligibility: - Households who lost their housing or source of income due to the fires in Sonoma County
- Assistance must be used to reside in Sonoma County
- Low-income families with children
- Households not eligible for FEMA
Requirements: - Photo ID, Utility bill or other mail showing name and previous address Other information may be needed to provide assistance and will be requested during the formal application process.
