  Provides free tax filing service for low to moderate income households. Tax services will be provided in the following formats:

  • In Person - Dial 2-1-1 to make an appointment or text the word TAXES to 211-211 (does not accept walk-ins).
  • Drop Off - Dial 2-1-1 to make an appointment or text the word TAXES to 211-211. Complete intake process paperwork with all documents on site.
  • Self-File - If you wish to self-file your state and federal tax returns, visit www.MyFreeTaxes.org and select the self-filing option. Income limits may vary from the Earn it! Keep it! Save it! (EKS) program.

  • United Way Wine Country: 975 Corporate Center Parkway, Suite 160 Santa Rosa, CA 95407. No LONGER accepting drop-off service.
  • Community Action Network (CAN): (*No longer accepting appointments or drop-off service for 2025*) 2250 Northpoint Parkway Santa Rosa, CA 95407. Offers drop-off and in-person service.
  • Our Lady of Guadalupe: 8400 Old Redwood Highway, Windsor, CA, 95492. Service available in Spanish. Provides drop-off service only.
  • Red LatinX Hub: (*No longer accepting appointments or drop-off service for 2025*) 2455 Bennett Valley Road Suite B314, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. Offers in-person service.
  • Rohnert Park Health Center: (*No longer accepting appointments or drop-off for 2025*). 5900 Farm Drive 2nd Floor, Rohnert Park, CA, 94928. Offers drop-off and in-person service.
  • La Luz Center: (*No longer accepting appointments or drop-off for 2025*). 17560 Greger Street, Sonoma, CA 95476. Provides drop-off service only.
  • River to Coast Children's Services: (Serice available through April 15th). 16300 First Street Guerneville, CA 95446. Creates their own appointments. Call specialists should direct clients for this site to dial (707) 869-3613 and request a drop-off ONLY tax appointment.

  Note: Individuals filing their taxes at a new Tax Site location for the first time must bring the original copy of their Social Security Card or a copy. A social security statement will also serve as long as the entire SS# is showing.

  Note: Clients will need to collect all of their required tax documents to complete their 2024 tax return (the past 3 years are possible as well).

  Note: Clients must receive ALL of their tax documents before scheduling an appointment.
