    Provides a safe residential living environment for transitional age foster youth. Helps youth transition successfully into adulthood and gain skills for independence. The center includes opportunities for mentorship, educational, and career development. Offers services to two main age groups:

    • Youth Aged 16-18 - offers a dorm-like living environment with trained staff onsite
    • Youth Aged 18-21 (non-minor dependents) - for youth who have chosen to extend their placement in foster care as non-minor dependents
    • Females Aged 18-21 (female identifying who are pregnant and/or have young children) - located in a three-bedroom home right off the Hanna Center's campus
