Case management
In-home appointment services for clients experiencing mobility/ transportation challenges
Social activities - Weekly Latina women's group and bi-weekly Latino men's group. Offers a space for connection with other members of the community. Participants are encouraged to teach a class on their favorite hobby or interest.
Urgent needs assistance - tangible goods or monetary aid. Please note funding is limited, availability of aid may change throughout the year.
