  • Medically Tailored Meals - Provides twelve weeks of medically tailored groceries and meals for patients with Medi-Cal. Includes:
    • Free weekly groceries, including fresh produce, high-quality protein, healthy grains, vitamins, and supplements.
    • Medically tailored and prepared meals if needed.
    • Home delivery if needed.
    • Individual nutrition counseling.
