CLEAN SLATE TATTOO REMOVAL PROGRAM, CITY OF SANTA ROSA

Description:
Provides no-coast laser tattoo removal services. To residents with visible tattoos associated with gangs, hate groups, or human trafficking. There is limited funding for those living outside the Santa Rosa city limits and all services will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Eligibility: All potential program participants must be residents of Sonoma County* and meet with VPP staff for an intake appointment. They must also agree to the following (2 and 3 are waived for survivors of human trafficking): *Commit to living a life free of gang involvement or affiliation *Complete at least four approved life skills courses *Complete 20 hours of community service *Commit to the process which can take anywhere from six months to more than a year to complete *Participate in the annual celebration ceremony upon completion of the program For program participants under the age of 18, parent or guardian consent is required. The initial intake appointment should take no longer than one hour to complete.
