• Description: The Gang Awareness Parenting Project (G.A.P.P) provides a parenting program for incarcerated inmates and their families, who reside in select northern cities of Tulare County. The goal of the G.A.P.P. program is to bring awareness on the effects of gangs and focus on gang prevention in children. This service is provided though the Tulare County Sheriff's Department through special funding from First Five Tulare County.
