  • Description: Second stage program for Shelter victims of domestic violence. Grant funds support all rent and utility cost for this program. This program currently has 2 apartments with 10 bed capacity. Shelter Case Managers supervise the progress of clients. participating in this program. The maximum length of stay in transitional housing is two year. While in this program client receive help with:Case ManagementCreating Budgets and helping to create a plan to pay off fines and debts.Assistance with obtaining/earning GED, drivers license, entrance to collage, & employment.Weekly apartment checksAssistance applying for low income housing/finding permanent housing.
