• Description: ILP is a Federally-mandated program designed to prepare foster youth for the transition into adulthood. ILP offers a variety of services to make this transition easier, including weekly Life Skills classes during the Academic Year, and mentoring.

• Requirements: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Proof of Dependency/Wardship Card (out-of-county youth)
