Eligibility: Seasonal farm worker with 25 days of farm work, $100 of income or 50% of income from farm work.
Requirements: Birth certificate or alien registration card, Social Security card or legal document with your Social Security Number on it, proof of Selective Service registration (draft card) for males born after 1960, payroll check stubs or letters from employers for the past year, and names, addresses, and dates of employment.
